In the afternoon we visited Anwar Kadhum Jeward at the home of her parents. Her husband, two sons, one a medical student, and a daughter were killed on the way home from a Sunday outing when U.S. soldiers panicked and shot up their car. Another daughter, wounded, and the baby she was carrying at the time, survived.
