After Medical City we went to Baghdad police headquarters to report the cameras, cash and passport taken in the Falluja highway robbery. After being informed that the Baghdad police had no jurisdiction in Falluja, we were ushered in for an astonishing meeting with the chief of police of Baghdad (seated), a retired police officer from Georgia, USA (center) whose assignment was to help the Baghdad police set up an Internal Affairs Division, and the colonel of the newly established Internal Affairs Division.
