This fly splattered window is in the pediatric ward of the Al-Kadmiyah Teaching Hospital.  It looks out on an impromptu garbage dump across the street from the hospital. The Coalition Provisional Authority forbade  all cameras and phones to be brought into the hospital; however, I was able to take these photos of the pediatric ward with a small digital camera I keep in an altoids tin in the pocket of my 501s.
